You know, I sure would like to meet whichever idiot buys that
900k flat just opposite from mine and laugh in his face..... hell,
my flat's bigger than that (you can see the diff from Fatumnette's
flat - mine has an extra utility room), it also has a sea view, and
it would certainly cost far less than 900k...
But I guess I shouldn't be too surprised if it does get sold at
that price.... as they say, there's a sucker born every
minute....
